can the portal be deleted and then added back?

I made a huge error in the configuration.Now i would just as soon delete the portal and add it back.

Is that possible?
That would straighten out the mess i've created rather than trying to figure out where i went wrong.

yes you can delete it and then create again , but remember everything will be deleted as well so u gonna have to create new one
