I cant Change my Backround Of My Forum i tryed changing In the Adminstration Panel but the picture just wont show it stays Grey !

Have you tried going to Admin Panel >> Styles Admin >> General/Explore tab >> "Background Picture (Page)"?

You still haven't changed it as Tristou requested. We don't tolerate titles which don't give any idea of the problem (such as "help", "problem", "urgent", "question", etc.), because these kinds of titles don't make searches easier for the ones who use the forum's search engine which looks for keywords in the topic titles. You have 24 hours to do it.
