admin approve memebers

i have put it in search but cant find it
can someone please tell me how i make it that no one can enter the forum unless i approve them first?

Go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings and look for this option "New accounts activation" and choose Admin. That way you will receive an e-mail which you have to conform for every new registered member.
