Sticky And Announcements [Solved]

How do i make a topic either sticky or as an announcement?

Please Help.

You need to either edit the first post of a topic or create a new topic.After you add all the informations(Topic title, message) scroll down bellow the page until you find the Options section. Then click on the "+" icon that I highlighted in the picture and then choose either Normal, Sticky or Announcement".
