new post is not working

if this possible can we make a link to navigation bar or menu bar? thanks.

how is it not working? does it just not post? etc etc

I still dont understand completely. The "new posts", "no new posts" and "Forum locked" at the bottom of your index page is just the legend - to explain the forum icons that you use. Those are not supposed to be links.
