editing posts

hi

when i edit a post in the forums, i end up editing a lot of html, instead of the forum-code that i typed. e.g. [ b ] turns into < strong >, and empty lines turn into < br / >, etc. is there any way to just edit the forum code? it's very hard to edit longs posts like this

Click the A/A button in the top right of the editor.

Sorry to be such a hassle, but I can't see it

the closest thing I can see is the one which adjusts the size of the text :S

It shows at the top of the post box and looks like this

What i'm trying to do is change the editing so that I'm not editing the html of the post, but the forum bbcode.

Your WYSIWYG code might be on...try turning it off, go under:

Admin Panel > General > Configuration...it will be near the bottom.
