help: one of my administrators cannot LOG IN

one of my administrators is having trouble logging into our forum. when he manages to log in he can't see all the SUB-Categories, then he is automaticaly logged off.

what can the problem be?

ask him to empty his cache memory and delete his cookies
then try to log in

he already tried doing that. now he had to register again and everything seems fine with his new account.

hello sorry to bother again but my friend is having the same problem again. he can't log in or see the forums. he says this only happens with this type of forums.

Which browser does he use ? His internet service provider ?

he uses mozilla and IE 7
provider: megared

My forum is having similar problems. Users often have difficulty logging in. They type the username and password and press enter, but in the next page that loads up they are no longer logged in?

Also, when posting as a guest, the confirmation code is always wrong no matter how many times you try it...

How can we fix this?

Check if your firewall is well-configured and/or if the cookies are accepted and kept in memory long enough.
