Admin panel problems Empty Admin panel problems

Post by JulieG Sat 5 Jul 2008 - 1:40

Further to my previous post when I reported problems with 1 in 6 users automatically activating although I have the admin panel set for 'admin' to activate only. I am now having users that I have waiting to be activated, get automatically activated a few hours after registration. (if that makes sense?!).

I have also made it mandatory to enter a location when registering, yet users are managing to register without to entering a location.

There seems to be a glitch in the system somewhere? Evil or Very Mad

Admin panel problems Empty Re: Admin panel problems

maybe, but strange it has happened quite a few times, and only had these problems since the change with the admin panel. It is causing me a headache, as I want to avoid trolls on the forum, and have got people registering and being automatically activated without my agreement. So they think they are registered, then I have to de activate them when I notice a new member I dont recognise.
