5 problems in my admin panel!

1.In general tab, one ad option is unavailable
+ when I keep it to guest, it also appers for my members
+ Forum width isn't practically changed after changing the value
+ Profile Position in topic doesnt changes
2.In Users and groups, i cannot modify profile fields
Please anyone there to help me?
