Big problem whit my forum

It's happen something to my forum
when I want to write post it appire this message "Could not obtain post/user information.".
Then I go to Admin Tool to fix it but again it's this message "Could not obtain security log information"
I can't do anything when I am at Advanced mode in the tools, but when I am at Simple it's Ok. But Again I can't do nothing.
What's wronge
