whatever change i do in
Administration Panel ArrowdiplayArrowcolours dosent take effect Sad

all links are black and my background page is also black as a result those links are invisiable

as example plz click this below link and see my portal

look some important links of forumotio are invisible . i changed the text colour , link colour in to white but it dosent take effect . Sad
