Header - How do i change colour??

Hey there,
Yet another issue for me (im new at this!)
On my forum, the headers of the forums are blue, and i want them to be purple, i dont know how to do this, ive had a play around, but it just doesnt seem to be working for me?? Chek it out at www.tots-n-tums.com and you will see what i mean..

Hi Megs, You can change the color by going into your Admin Panel=>Display=>Pictures and Colors=>Colors.. Scroll down and there you can find the Blue color and change it to Purple then click save.

Ive had a look for the blue colour, but cannot find it, thats why im so stumped

Its ok, I changed the version and it looks heaps better now, thanks, im still getting my head around all these things. Sorry to be asking so many questions!!
