help required with banning controls

when i set up my forum i made an additional member account so i could test the member permissions etc were all working ok. Once I was happy with the set up I then went on to test out banning etc just so I knew how all was working. I have since deleted the account and unbanned the email address which was a yahoo one. The problem now is i wanted to make another temporary account to test things but everytime i try to register with a yahoo email address it says i am banned, even though i use new email addresses. I am just worried this may affect new users who have yahoo email addys. I have check the ban control and deleted all the emails but when i try a new email it shows up in admin as a banned email address even though i havent banned it

you could try to log into the utilities, scroll down a little and choose "Reset the bans - reset". Hit authentificate and see if it worked.
