Mailbox redirection not working

Ok, I have successfully created two mailboxes but when I try to redirect them to another email I get an error and "This email address is already used"... Can anyone help please??

Do not create an email box before setting the redirection, just go straight into the redirections page and create your forwarding without having the same email box with the same name.

Well I tried this... I did it vice versa. The redirection was ok... But when I tried to create the mailbox I got the message "This email address is already used."....

ANY IDEA?

Maybe to try with some other mail address ?

Well the point is to create a forum email address and have it redirected to another email....

Better to ask your IPS for redirecting. He can do it for 10 minutes

I have one e-mail address, and i don't like it. Just asked my IPS to redirect to new one,and he do it. Than,leave your e-mail on forum same, and you will got all e-mail to the new one. Just ask IPS. I think it's free service.

I understand what you are saying... the problem is that I want to offer this feature to all the mods of the forum. If this feature works, I ' d love to have it.
I think that there is some kind of bug here....

If you create your redirection, you don't have to make a mailbox as well with the same address. All emails sent to this address will then automatically be forwarded to your specified mail account.

Oh! I see! Great... Then I can have 10 mailboxes and 10 redirections!???

One more question. I have created the mailboxes and set a simple password for each one of my mods. How can they change the passwords??? Can they?

I'm not sure, I don't have much experience with custom domains in general, but I think they can only be changed in the admin panel. Probably there is an option if they log into their mailbox using the webmail address though... I suggest to simply try it or wait for someone with more experience in this matter.

Unfortunately there is no option in their mailbox....
It' s silly!! How useful is an email address if others know your password?
