Completly unsafe. ~This problem is solved and can be locked.

In the portal on my site, if you click "who's online" it gives you their exact location! This is unsafe, and I want to get rid of it without deleting the whole portal. Any advice?

It's not unsafe, it only shows the location of the closest ISP hub ( usually the same city as the user, but not the exact location ). It's nothing more than you can find out by typing the IP into a goggle search.

To remove it go to:

Admin Panel --> Misc --> Statistics --> Forum Statistics --> Googlemap Options

Disable it.
