Phpbb2 to phpbb3

how do i change Phpbb2 to Phpbb3 ??

To switch between phpBB 2 and phpBB 3, go to your Admin Panel and click on the Display tab. Click on "Choose a theme" then click on the "Version" tab. Select phpBB 3 and save.

but i need it so that people can click on the usergroups in the legend, and that the welcome homepage message will show up

I mustve done something wrong while making the forum or something

To add a homepage message, Admin Panel > Display > Homepage > Generalities > Add Homepage Message > Save

To make the groups clickable in the legend, Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Users Options > Colorize Usernames > Yes > Save

I give up grr. lock this post. i wont get any help so why me bother keeping it open
