Seperating threads from stickies/announcements

I forget how to make it so its has a line or something seperating the stickies and stuff from the threads

Hello,

To separate messages from Stickies and Announcements, go to your Admin Panel and click on the General Tab. Then click on "Messages and Emails" and set "Separate announcements and stickies from the messages:" to either "with a line" or "with a table" and save.
