Embed chatbox in post?

Im trying to embed a xat chatbox in a post but it doesnt work. Can i not embed one? If not, how come the chatbox shows up in the post preview but only shows the code when i actually post it

make a forum widget and place the html in the widget... I just tested it, it works

so how do i make a widget? and how do i put it in my post
