How do I make a super moderator?

I want a moderator who can moderate ALL forums, but not have access to the Admin panel. How would I do this? Please and thank you. Also, when I change usergroup colours, they do not appear on usernames. How do I fix that?

I'm afraid that you need to be an administrator to be able to make both those changes, why don't you ask the administrator of the forum to do those changes for you?

He means he is admin and wants to make a Super Mod.

Admin Panel
Users and Groups
Group Administration
Create a new group
Fill in the details
Click OK
Then will get permissions
Click is moderator for ever forum

And there you go, ou have a super moderator group

Go to
>administation panal
>user & groups
>groups
>group administation
>click on of the moderator group for modify
>color group members: check yes

If it still don show go to
>administation panal
>user & group
>users
>users options
>member
>check yes on colorize usernames
