The Portal and Home together?

I see people who have there portal and there home together, like the "Top posters" and you know the rest of the widgets are still there when you go to "home".

Do you guys understand? Please help me

You have to set them for the portal and for the forum.

Can you please explain more, like where do I go and what specific settings.

Go to your Admin Panel > Modules > Forum Widgets Management and create your Forum Widget how you would like it there.
