Site Host

Anybody know what's the best host to make a website? I want to make a site for my forums. I need a free host, or at least anything cheap!

If the site doesn't need any php, I'd simply use the HTML Page module

I don't know of any cheap ones, but I like Yahoo's hosting, I think it's about US$15 and you get a unlimited number of emails and unlimited space!

Anyway I don't know of any cheap ones, I don't really look into hosts. They sound good though. I'll search for some for you anyway.
