How do you create a site Host- Please Read!!

Ok this may not belong here,if not please move it.Now I was wondering how to make a website host.Like forumotion.Like people can create a website hosted by your website? Its been on my mind for a bit.If you can help me and I build it ill sponser forumotion on it,its just im anxious LOL

Ok, So You Want To Make Your Own Web Host, Do You Even Know What Its Like, Having To Manage A Massive Room Of Servers Fixing Them, Paying For Them (Like £5000 Pounds), Hiring Staff, Spending Hours Doing HTML Code, Writing Endless Css, ETC!

I Think It Might Just Be A Tad Hard... Confused
