How to put the calendar on the main page of the forum?

I'm thinking of putting the calendar on the main page of the forum.
Is it possible to do that? If so, how?
So you will have this thing

on your main page..

dear donysukardi,
first thing you have to activate the forum widget in your forum board just go to :admin panel->modules->forum widget management->display forum widget-> yes. Theres a lot of choices of widget including your calendar, also you can put anywhere that you want in your main forum, mostly in column 1(or3). as an admin you can decide who will have the access to view it. Also in that modules page -calendar- you can select a forum that associated with your calendar.just go to: calendar configuration->activate the topic calendar->yes (if you like to). hope this useful...

hey I have a similiar problem I go to modules but my calendar is not active can u help me activate it??

You have to make sure the calendar is activated properly first off all

1. Navigate to:

Admin panel\Modules

2. Select "Calendar" from the list in the middle of the screen

3. select "Yes" next to "Activate the topic calendar :"

4. Press "Save"

5. On the same screen select "Forum Widgets management" on the top right hand side

You should now be able to move the calendar into the forum sidebar

Also you can embed the calendar

Simply add the following code into the description

Adjust the width to suit
