Checking IP Address of New Registants Empty Checking IP Address of New Registants

Is there a way to find the IP address of a new registrant from their registering information? I am having trouble with people registering from the UK and then they never sign it. I think it's a couple people from the past, but I can't tell, and I hate to turn folks away just because of the country they hail from, lol . . .
