help with the merge topic settings

Hi admins of this site or thec's team

i have got a big problem with my merge settings i cant merge the topic's from one forum to some other one it will only net me do it in one Categorie so if i want to send this to some other part of the site it cant be done.

this was ok on the phpBB2 and phpBB3 but not on this new one

i think this could be something that needs work on as not all my mods can mod all of my site
can some one get back to me on this matter please.

On the lower right side of the screenshot you added you will find on your forum the "select a forum" menu. From there you can choose another forum or category.

i can't find it its not there all i have is the
have looked over this and there is not no way of doing it at all so i think i need some one to take a look at it from the tec team

Step 1:
Displace the topic using the Move button

Step 2:
Merge the topic as wanted with the Merge Button

not all of my mods can work in other parts of my site so this cant be done on my forums unless the mods can work in all of the forums ?

when i had phpBB2 and phpBB3 this could be done by any mod and my self with out going on the move settings why cant it be done on all of them ?
