Hello and welcome.

Because you are new, here are useful links where you can look for answers :

Arrow Frequently Asked Questions
Arrow List of the Frequently Asked Questions' topics
Arrow Tricks & Tips
Arrow List of the Tricks & Tips topics
Arrow The Search feature
Arrow The FAQ of Editboard.com

Moreover, if you don't find the answer for your question, don't hesitate to open a new topic since this section is made for this !

.::To answer to your question ::.

To transfer your forum, you need to access the database. Alas, this can't be done on Editboard for the moment. The technicians are working on it, but we don't know when it will be done, sorry Wink

Hello.

When you create a forum, you have this to read : http://www.forumstech.com/en/create-forum/terms-of-service.htm

It was clearly indicated :

Data and security
We will make every reasonable attempt to avoid unexpected server downtime and to ensure that all accounts are well taken care of. We cannot guarantee or predict server downtime. Any network problem, or outage, is not covered under any guarantee or warranty and will not be grounds for reimbursement for any subsequent financial damages or losses. Security systems are installed to protect data. A daily backup off all the datas is made every days. But for any reason, we do not provide any individual backup or sql dump. Administrator has nevertheless tools allowing him to use these backup to recover his forum such as it was on a former date.
