A question about moving to a new domain server

I have one question for you.
I am moving my forum to new hosting and domain and I want to restore forum to be the same there as is right now if that is posible.
How can I export the database of the complete forum?

Why not.. I think this won'te be a problem... Because as i see you have option to restore forum database if something happen..

Yes, you have that option in the utils, but that option is made there in case that your forum is hacked, or something happens with your forum.
