how do i make a play list i my forum?

i visited one of the membes's site here ^^ and its http://freerider2forum.forum9.biz/

hmm and i saw that he has a playlist.

so my questions are?

1- how to make it?
2- can i put the songs i like or it depends on the recent songs ?
3- how to place it on any place i like ?
4- can members make a playlists for themselves in their own profiles?


can any one help me please?? and if it needs a html code then . where to put it cause im not that much Good with the Html stuff ..
