Confirmation emails not working? Empty Confirmation emails not working?

I've gotten several emails saying new members cannot sign up. They are not recieving their confirmation emails, and when they go to re-register it says the username is not available.

So, is there anythin I can do?

I don't know how to check this forum? So can someone please email me at thisaintascene84@yahoo.com

Hello YourFavoriteGoodbye,

Have they checked their spam and/or junk sections of their email accounts? Also, you can manually activate them by going to:

1) Administration Panel
2) Users & Groups Tab
3) Inactive users (on the left, under Users)

I have also sent a test email to that address. Hope I helped. Smile

it worked. i will tell them about their spam boxes.
now do i need to email them to let them know they are active now, or will they get an email?
