Mods cant view sticky options

Have a mod that cant mod in topics, like go into a old topic of her selfs and sticky it, that options do not show up for her.

I do a test member as a mod and i can see it.. but she cant even though we have the same setting

make sure you have it set right in permissions



admin > general > forum - categories and forums > click on orange cog > scroll down and click on 'advanced mode' > scroll down and you will see



check the mod box under create a sticky message and make an announcement and save

She should then see the option to make an announcement or a sticky

check permissions.

Well we are in the same group!! both are Mods but she cant see it.. so she says, I have done ascreencap for her on where it is, but she says its not there


EDIT: She says that she can sticky a thread that she starts her self, but not someone elses, although she is in the Mod, and Mod groupd is the mod for ALL forums..

do her another account
or
ban and unban her.
you should also check permissions like they said up there.

Check her permissions to make sure that she can moderate in that part of the forum, as well as "sticky and announcement" in that forum too
