Solved Problem using a pic for the logo

I logged in as Admin, and I tried to customize the display on my forum and I thought I uploaded a pic, and set the pic to be the logo on the main page on the forum. However when I or others access the main page, it doesn't show my pic at the top and it shows the default skin pic. Any advice for a newbie would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you hit save after uploading the pic & entering the URL?
