Login Is Completely Broke

I recently created a forum with another email because I needed too, and now nothing is working.
You cannot register, it says the passwords do not match, and you cannot login, it just says it's the wrong password.
I tried changing the password, but it says that Admin's password cannot be changed because the admin panel disallows it.
