Cant delete chatbox

I tryed to add a xat chatbox but than one of my user somehow became the owner.
I tryed to delete it but than it wont go away.I dont know what to do Can anyone tell me how to delete it?

admin panel > modules > chat box > configuration > activate the chat box > no.
