My chatbox aut- delete after 7 days

Hello,
Somehow, my chatbox auto-deleted all messages longer than 7 days and could not find in Archives either.
Is there anyway I can still have all messages in Archives until I decide to prune?
Anyone noticed this?

Hi @chandoi,

After a certain number of messages, those that are the oldest are pruned in both the chatbox and archives. You can leave them there as long as you want, but once it reaches the message limit it'll delete the oldest messages from the archive. As far as I know, there's no way to prevent this.

I don't about the number of messages but about days in the Archives, because my chatbox has very few messages. But if no way we can adjust then we should close this topic.
