meta-tag problem

I have some questions for the google webmaster tools... I will add some pics to explain you what i want!
(all of the pics are in Greek so i will explain you)
In this pic is the place in the ACP that i have to paste the meta-tag (or i think that this is the place
)
In this pic, is the meta-tag that i have to copy....
in this pic, i have to choose to create a meta-tag
So... the first problem is here... Where to paste the meta-tag???
anyway.... i tryied everything.... the problem is that google "can't find the meta-tag" can you help me?
