Use of my own domain in the forum address Empty Use of my own domain in the forum address

Post by Torbenr March 10th 2009, 10:43 pm

I have created my forum through http://www.danskforum.net - http://karting.danskforum.net. After testing the forum I want to have it on my own domain.

I can see that I can buy the right to that for 1600 credits per year, but I can only choose .com, .net, .org or .biz domain names - and my domain is a .dk domain.

Forumotion.com is the only contact I can find to danskforum.net. Does anybody here have an idea if it is possible to use the forum I have created on a .dk domain, so I don't have to find a new host and start over again?

If you buy your domain through forumotion, only those are available.

You might want to see this tutorial about custom domain's Arrow Click Here

Also, at the end of the tutorial, there is a link which explains how to redirect your domain name bought from outside forumotion.
