Categories on FORUM gone???

I've had my forum for about a year now and I haven't changed the CATEGORIES and all of a sudden they are gone as of this morning. I was on my forum last night and they were there. ???

I looked in my admin panel and they are still showing up. What could be the prob?

ALSO...I have a link that is for MEMBERS and when clicking on it it takes me back to the FORUM. I haven't changed anything and no one has access to my password. Is there a scheduled thing going on with forumotion? THANKS!

Regarding the categories issue, you can retrieve them by going here :
Admin panel > Display > structure and hierarchy > Split categories on index > medium
