Re: REGISTRATION HELP
Hello, these may help out.
Admin panel >> Users & Groups (tab) > "user options" >
Automatic activation - Auto activation, does not require the member to open his email address (Option #1)
User - Requires the user to open his email address, and follow provided link to actiavte account. (option #2)
Admin - Manually accept each user from the admin panel (Option #4)
Allow new members > (if set to "no") will not allow new members (Option #3)
To manually accept new users
Admin panel >> Users & groups (Tab) > Inactive users > select > activate.
I hope this has helped,
Darren.

the user has told you how to do this and there is no need to use the Email you have been sent you use the admin page
go admin page >>>Advanced mode >>Users & Groups>> in the users box on the left your see a list of things click on >> Inactive Users if there is any one that has not had there Email or have made a new account this will show up there tick the box next to the name of the users and same this will then ok there account. this is the same as what darren1 was saying in he's post
