My site isnt working properly...

Um....I know i posted this before, but it wasn't solved, but it was locked anyway. So I'm posting it again:
My site is totally having issues. It takes three times to upload or save something from the admin panel, and it wont change the size of the forum, and its not doing much except causing problems wen i try to fix it. I can't change the backround to how i want it, or even see that wat is on there, is really there. And the buttons keep having problems with not showing up and stuff. Any suggestions?

Yeah the other site and all of my other friends sites work fine. But idk y mine doesnt. IDK wen it started but one day i noticed something and tried to fix it, but it didnt and now wen i try to fix other things they dont work either. Its almost like its getting worse

You should be able to change the colors.

May be try refreshing/restoring the forum to and earlier date like a week or so ago?
