My site isnt working properly...

My site is totally having issues. It takes three times to upload or save something from the admin panel, and it wont change the size of the forum, and its not doing much except causing problems wen i try to fix it. One of my friends cant even join because it says it wont let anyone join past the age 99 but she's putting 15. And the buttons keep having problems with not showing up and stuff. Any suggestions?
