My forum is having troubles

My forum wont load at all for me. And it's also having trouble for other people. Its just a white screen. Whats wrong?

The same prob is with me!when more thn 4-5 ppl come online it says "this page cannot be displayed"..and when everyone goes offline forum runs ok like before!

This is similar for me here, http://dissidentphilosophy.lifediscussion.net , I suspected it was because the last day or two I logged in and out many times and that messed it up, but seeing this thread makes me realize that was magical thinking? The first page is quick, but after that it gets slower to zero. Re-connecting to the net seems to help

I think this does have something to do with it. I could be crazy, but I think it goes very smooth if you log-in then log-out when this starts and log back in with 'always stay logged in' ticked. This could be magical thinking, but it seems to work for me.
