Solved How can Mods send newsletters and ban people?

I have enabled both of these features but the mods arent sure how to use them. Where do they go to use these features?

Hello,
For banning: Administration Panel=>General=>Security=>Disallow moderators to ban members=>No=>Yes.
For newsletters:
The newsletters are only sent by administrators.
