Hey people of earth and the universe

Umm, I was wondering, Ya know how you can add a html page and add a link to your nav bar?

Well, I was wondering, can you add forums and cats to these pages? Essentially like another page of forums? And, If this is possible, how please?
If not possible, is there some way that I can make an area on a seperate page where members may post topics and reply to said topic?

That is 100% possible. Though, you do need to have some CSS, HTML, and Java knowledge to configure that.
