Can not access the Backup page

Hello Colleagues!

On our russian support forum http://ru.forumotion.com/ wrote me a girl, who can not access the Backup page https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/. She made the forum with an Admin account, and then, she'd forgotten the password. With her second Admin account she changed it, but https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ needs probably the first password.
Her address is http://apostles-forum.forumotion.com. Could you please solve the problem? May be jast change the password for the actual "Admin" password on her forum?

there is no problem listed on the utilities!! so she probablly use a wrong password!! she have to use the 1st password she used when she create here forum! the second one will not work...! to solve the problem, she (or you) have to send the url of the forum + foundation email she used to create the forum to a moderator for a synchronization

THX, I'll tell her about it. I know that she needs the very first password, but she had forgotten it.
To which moderator has she to send the information?
