hi when im trying to post on my forum i keep geting this

although i am the Administrator of the forum
can any one help?

no re-synchronizing didn't work i have also tried deleting the forum the remaking it and that didn't work i can post in the other ones its just that one

it seems removing the links i was trying to post let me post the body of text
but why am i beeing blocked from posting links?
