Sticky Issue

Hello all! Im kinda new at this and need a lil help...
Im trying to make a post in my forums a sticky, but I can find the option to do so. I have admin and mod rights but I cant seem to find anything about stickys !!! PLEASE HALP!!!!!

ok when you type out your post scroll under the send button and your see a set of things to tick your see that it should have sticky on it

Edit: if you want to make a post that has been sent already then all you have to do is edit the post and click on the Sticky and then resend it this will make it sticky for the you please note i think some of the settings are not the same on all the forums so just look on the post your about to make as it should be there if its not then you have not set this up on your site if you need more info on how to set this up im sure i will be about to help on that

=( Im not seeing that option at all. I go under edit post, but there is not anything that looks like that.

ok have you got a link to your forums please ?

here is some thing you may want to try

• administration panel
  
• General >>
  
• Advanced Mode.
  
• Forums.
  
• Categories and forums
  
• click on **Forum Permissions Control** Make sure you have the right to make a Sticky post if it says you dont click on the forum you want to make the sticky on and change the settings.

Then SAVE. then go to your post you made and have a look to see if this is now setup if its not then pm me and i will help more

Thanks so much for all your help! but I figured it out!!! The php2 version doesnt allow it for some reason, but I really like the layout of it, I had to switch versions just to allow sticky option ><;;;; Yeah I had all the info you have provided but it wouldnt do it under that version...so thats why I was all confused ; ; thanks again for all your help!
