forum all of a sudden has google ads in it

My forum all of a sudden has google ads in it and the activate ads button 'no' is missing now? I cant get rid of them...

Admin>General>Configuration

adds will always show for guests so make sure your logged in.

my other forum has a button though so even guests dont see them, this one used to as well

what versions are you using?
i never seen this but i normally use phpp2.
it could be the removed that option in the last update?
but i'm not sure?

oops never mind i do have that setting. i dont remember seeing it before.. lol
