Couple of Suggestions

My suggestions are, about Ranks and the Viewer of some forums, I'm going to post some detail into this, so please read carefully, I hope my Suggestion doesn't get ignored.

I think there should be a Forum only viewable with a special Rank, I mean, if my Rank was V.I.P, there would be a place where Forum is only viewable by V.I.P Ranks, and other Ranks higher or different depending on the Admin's choise.

Now, my Suggestion is to split the Ranks into Two, to change it Ranks and Tittles, Tittles are the "Moderator" and the Ranks are the pictures meaning if your a User Educator on the Forum you can only have one this Suggest makes it so you can be two, a bit like a double Rank in some others opinion.

Even if there is no poll, it's already possible with the ranks and with the permissions of the forums so I'm against.
