Solved Message Picture not excepting

I am trying to add a picture to the No Messages/# New Messages
but when i input all of the urls of the pictures and when i press save it says "You must provide a menu name"
What does that mean?
EDIT:This is the NavBar

Try this instead

Admin Panel>>Display tab>>Pic & Management>>Advanced Mode>>In General/Explore Mode look for No Pm/Pm and change the picture there.
