Admin powers

I am the admin of a forum and I am asking about admin powers.
If I make someone an admin, how much power do they have compared to me?
And is it possible to have a sub-admin with some admin power?

If you make another admin they have all the powers as you accept they can not change the forums address. or try to delete your forum.
as far as making them a sub admin. you can make a rank called that
and give them the rank.
